My 2012 RAM 1500 has a weird problem with the recirculation door. The dealer nor another ASE mechanic can figure it out. The door works fine when the ignition is on but when the truck is started the door may work or may not or may work a few times then quits. Every time the mechanics have put electricity to the door it works perfect. But when the truck is started it goes back to intermittent at best. Any ideas on this confounding thing?

How old is the battery ? Funky things happen when the battery isn't working perfectly, but I haven't heard of it simulating a blend door issue. Might be worth checking out.
