air control

The air control to the heat and a/c does not change where the air come out. Heat works, a/c works, fan speed works but cannot control where it comes out

sounds like it could possibly be the recirculating/blend door

It could be a door problem, or it could be the rheostat for the control.

Meaning the knob that controls where the heat/col comes out of could be broken or not making contact on the back side, and thus it cant command the motor to change where the air is suppose to go.
