Does anyone have recommendations for an air or foam mattress that will fit in a 2021 Ram with 6'-4" bed?

Just buy a regular foam mattress and trim to fit.that's what I did for my back seat bed. Nothing less comfortable to me than an air mattress. Mines about 4" thick and I sleep well on it.

I don't know your preference but I bought a light weight queen bed frame and installed it in the bed of truck. It was 4 inches to long so I cut that much off and I cut 4 inches off the legs so it would be same height as the fender wells. I have 10 inches under neath to store stuff. I put a 6 inch thick queen size memory foam mattress on top and it feels great. Or if you don't need storage space do what @BWL was saying in fit it in between fender wells. We are going on a week long camping trip and wanted it to be as comfortable as possible. May be more than you want to do, just giving some insight.

I use an Intex brand full size air mattress from Walmart when truck camping. Zero issues, you want to buy an electric pump to blow it up but the mattress is only about $10 compared to the ones that run around $250 from the truck accessories websites. I have a 6'-4" bed and it fits perfectly.
