Hi guys, I am writing to you from Italy. I own a dodge ram 1500 sport - 2015 with air suspension. I have been having problems with suspensions for a month.
If I park my truck at normal height in the evening, I find the rear part sitting on the ground in the morning. If I park it at height 1 or 2 I find it in the correct position.
Also every now and then, it gives me the error "air suspension overheating".
There are days when it struggles to enter AERO mode, 20 minutes of driving at speed go by before it enters AERO mode.
Has anyone had these types of problems?

Thanks

There was a compressor problem on those earlier models, but it usually blows the 50 amp fuse, you may have a nitrogen leak or a leveling sensor take it to the dealer.

I have a 2017 with the factory 4 corner air. Just recently had the front bags and all sensors replaced. Both front bags had micro-leaks, so if it sat for around 48 hours I'd come out to a kneeling truck (basically Entry/Exit mode). It took about two minutes of running to get everything back to normal height.

Thank you all for sharing your experiences. I will go to the dealer to fix the problem.

I’m waiting for local mechanics to stop their strike so I can take mine for this problem as well.

I have a 2015 RAM 1500 Limited. I recently took my truck in to the dealer to have my air suspension checked because of the design flaw that allows the dreaded driver side rear lean and a few codes to be tossed.

I started having problems when, we here in Texas, had the 2021 February freeze. These problems are known to plague RAM owners in Canada. In fact there is a class action lawsuit against FCA because of this. There is also a service bulletin addressing a re-flash of the ASCM module. In the bulletin is describes the condition you and I have and it's potential safety hazards.

FCA seems to want to ignore these issues and will likely do so until there is a fatality because of it. I am removing the air suspension system from my truck and replacing it with a Strutmasters coil over system. If you do a little research you'll find that you are not alone with this problem and it isn't just FCA. All air suspensions system have issues that either require replacing parts at an astronomical cost or removing them and installing a conventional suspension system and never having to worry about it again.

Good luck with your truck.
