Installed the OE trailer brake kit in a 2016 1500 Laramie. Everything works. However, the trailer/options are not showing in the radio display. Double checked the Alfa settings and the (3) CustSetMenu2 changes and (1) P/TChasis Net change are enabled....Any ideas?

Mine took several hours and multiple on/off cycles before everything displayed correctly. If you are confident the settings are right just give it some time and it should straighten out.

make sure to also activate the P/T Chasis Net ITBM / HWM Integrated Trailer Brake Controller Module. This is found almost at the bottom of the list on alfa. I did mine today and it works great.

Gentlemen, thanks for the replies. I double checked everything yesterday and all checked good. Still nothing showed on the radio. Got to work this morning and checked the settings in the radio...........and there it was. Fastbee, you were correct. For whatever reason there was a delay.

I had my trailer brake controller introduced to the computer yesterday at the dealership and there was no sign of it in the radio display yesterday when I came home and hooked to my trailer, but it did show in my dash. I just checked this morning and it does now show on my radio screen also. Funny how it takes a while for electronics to wake up, LOL.
