hey all.

So I put a 4” lift about a month ago on my 18 express. Alignment was done as well.
I finally just got a set of 35’s. Do I need to do an alignment again?

Thanks!

I would wait about 5000 miles and maybe have it done with the 35s on. Let's see some pictures!

The 5000 mile plan actually makes sense in my head!

Pics will come soon...had to refinish a tile shower/tub today so was rushing.

Thanks for the input guys!

When i got the lift done the alignment guy sucked, he did it twice and it was still clearly off. I gave up and brought it to a place that actually gives you print outs of the degrees off vs post alignment.
Seems like that guy did a great job! With new tires im still tracking straight with the steering wheel staying centered.

Are you guys getting warranties with your alignments? Here we get 6mo 6000mi ones. Anything changes or doesn’t seem right in that time just go back and get it checked and adjusted for free. Also the option to purchase a lifetime alignment is worth it. People only think about getting alignments when they change something or have issues but it should really be checked once a year.

Yeah i dont do anything without warranties! I was so unhappy with the first 2 alignments the shop did that they paid for the alignment at another shop with a warranty there. I never even knew there was a lifetime alignment though! That sounds promising

Technically no, but it depends how awesome the tech was was did it the first time. Bigger the tire, the more exaggerated minor imperfections will be.
I always do. After any suspension work and or adding new tires. It’s $100 or less and just too damn easy
