So I have a 2015 ram 2500 with the 6.4 hemi. Does anyone know of an all aluminum radiator for this truck? Is there a difference between the 6.4 rad and the main rad in the 6.7? I know the 5.7 trucks have a rad cap on the radiator so they won’t work. But I can’t seem to find any info on the 6.4 trucks.

4 core rad 2.44” thickness - $279

Stumbled across this 4 core for the 5.7 that actually has a thicker core dimension. They probably have one for the 6.4 as well

Seems like the stock radiator core is <=1.25” thick, single core.

I’m curious of fitment; there’s only ~1/4” of room on the front side before the mounting posts at the end tanks. I have 1.5” space rearward before my v6 fan would hit my mechanical (can’t use v6 alone, locked pcm).

Plenty of space for the core width as it’s much thinner than the end tanks.

*edit interesting read on rad cores
