Thanks y'all.

I used a new wax today and while I love the outcome, I will never use the wax again.
It was the biggest PITA to remove. I tried micofibers, orbital polisher, wax pad, then had to spray each panel with hot water and wipe off. All in all it took 2 1/2 hrs from the time I applied wax until I was satisfied with it.

Many waxes have different directions when you use them. Some you leave on only for a few minutes and then wipe it off, while others you can wax the whole truck before you wipe the wax off. Some waxes you put on very very sparingly, while others you can put on heavier. I totally agree with you however, some can be a real ***** to get off. The finished product really looks great though--nice looking truck!!!!!! At least when your done you can stand back, with a cold one in your hand and think---damn that looks good!!!

Yea I love my truck, especially when it's clean. After the nightmare with the wax I had a beer in each hand lol. Hell my wife even came out and helped me clean it up.

The "boss" and I have an agreement: I stay out of her sewing room(studio) and she stays out of the garage. Every once and awhile she will come out and "help". She always brings beer---I like that!!!! :naughty::naughty:

Didn't anyone notice the cooler by the front passenger tire? What did you finish first? The truck or the cooler?

Beautiful truck by the way. That's exactly how I'd like mine to look but I'm stock for now.
