almost 248k on motor

Alright i have a quick question. i am about to hit 248k on motor, and has new transmission, so the question is, each time i floor it the motor makes like a clattering noise like something is loose what can it be?

i don't know how to describe it since i drive it less than 2000rpm to school and back and that's all.

Maybe a bad pulley bearing is what it might be

Could be pinging. check the plenum by looking through the throttle body. My truck did the same thing.
