AlphaOBD and bed light option

2018 2500..want to install bed lights but I know that the feature must be enabled. I don't see the choice in AplhaOBD...DO the lights need to be connected for the option to appear??

It is under CBC 2014 bed light and the switch was added in the update also. Did mine over a year ago and did the switch a few weeks back.
