Just installed 5162 level kit (2.3" Lift) in front, 5160 in rear (1" lift shocks) and synergy 8701 steering rod with nitto 295/65/20 on factory rims. I couldn't find any rims I liked better than the factory rims. I also installed the skyjacker dual steering system, model 9214. I am very satisfied with ride now. I did not like the bone jarring roughness of the factory setup. 20200709_124228.jpg 20200629_185618.jpg

5100 front set to 2.8”
MevoTech UCA’s
Rear 3/4” spacers for a JEEP TJ/XJ (fit great)
Measurements are approx. 40” floor to wheel well front and rear. I can’t tell it’s a bit stiffer ride but still smooth.

How was the alignment on the 2.8? I’m tempted to take mine and change it from 2.1....

Also, how did you make the rear spacer fit ? Product number ? Thanks

Nice!!

That's basically how my trucks sits at 2.8 and a 3/4" TGC rear spacer. IMO that's how the 4x4 1500s should sit from the factory.

I took it to get aligned the day after installation and the tech told me the specs weren't "you're gonna die" but it would have worn my tires pretty quickly. He got it within spec fairly easily but my steering wheel definitely isn't straight anymore. It does bug me a bit but the tech did his work twice and told me the its probably due to tire wear or some **** lol. I could tell he got it "close enough" as it was close to closing time. I'll probably take it to another shop and see as it has a 1 year warranty. It does drive straight albeit the wheel is just slightly turned left.

As far as the spacers I did ZERO mods to put them on. Dropped right in, they sit on the bottom spring perch rather than the top of the spring so way easier to install than the RAM models and far cheaper. Used this part number from Daystar and they fit great. KJ09107BK

I have mine at 2.8 also. I set mine at 2.8 then drove it for 5 days so everything had a chance to settle in and then I got the alignment done. When I had the alignment done I also got new tires and wheels put on it too. My steering wheel is still centered. Having it off a little would drive me nuts and that would be a short trip.

Thanks! I still don’t understand why rear spacers for the ram are more expensive than some of the cheap front spacers I’ve seen. Makes zero sense [emoji2369]. The cheapest rear spacer I’ve found here are the 1” TGC and they’re $100 plus shipping and I would prefer 1.5 for towing
