Alternator Help

I am confused. I am trying to cut out alternator noise as a possible solution to my 99.5 having the rpm jumping/surging issues which I suspect being TC locking and unlocking. I ordered a new bosch alternator and the connections on the back are different. Here are some pics of the alternators and the truck wiring. I need to use the truck this weekend to pull my tractor so I need some help with a fix ASAP.

that one was supposed to fit? you'd need a different plug.
