Anyone else's seat belt drive them insane?? I know in my truck, once you buckle in, the truck doesn't want you moving... at all.... and once I try to pull out on the lap part to get it off my stomach, it's like NO! and I can't release it, and have to completely unbuckle it and re-do it.

Is there a way of like, greasing it up or somethin to where it wont lock up so easily all the time??

Nope. The tensioner is bad. You need a whole new seatbelt assembly.

Mine lock up under "fast acceleration" or braking. And they don't let go for a good while.

^It would deff keep from having an argument when your driving... he will be wise and wait till hes out of the truck lol. There are some setups that are not to bad but still take some getting used to.

I'll be replaciing mine this weekend assuming I can figure out how they go in and hook up, and I can get my paint for the interior by then. Mine dont retract once you take them off. When they are on the act fine but when you take them off they hang there and get shut in the doors if you are not carefull. Got mine for $50 for the pair from ***.

Hit your brakes HARD or go over a large bump at decent speed, they'll lock up, if not its a safety hazzard and the tubmler or pin is bad and not engaging

Can also try yanking on them fast after they are hooked in. Only time I notice mine locking quicker then expected is when the wife reaches up to change the radio.
