Any good power wires in A pillar or overhead?

Hi all. I've decided I like having a dashcam so I'm ready to wire it up. the conventional thought is to go from the cigarette lighter, under the dash, up the A-Pillar and across to above the mirror, which all seems needless and wasteful.

Are there any good, solid power wires in that area? Switched for the camera, but I'd like to know of there are good unswitched as well. I've already got 12V to USB adapters covered - I know you can't plug cameras into a 12V wire.

I don't know how many kinds there are, but this is the OHC I have.

There should be both there. The map lights come on without the truck on and the display unit has a plug that has power and ground and only come on with key on.

To give you an idea, when I wired 3 switches in mine here it was it looks like behind the console.
