2014 RAM 3500 HD w/ Aisin cab and chassis 6.7 Cummins. Doing fuel filter change late on night. It took a little longer to prime the engine (extra cranking) but finally started. Came out the next morning, key fob in ignition and no crank. Dash has no display and the odometer only displays when your press either of the following: brake, emergency flashers.

Immediately load checked the batteries and they passed. Hooked up several different brands of scanners and no communications to the truck. There is power at the OBD port to power up each scanner but no comms in any case. Removed / cleaned / greased ECM & TIPM connectors and still comms. Tried a NEW TIPM AND ECM with same results. Red wire at the ignition switch has 12v and both fuses at both batteries are good.

After a week of searching I gave up and took to the dealer. They were able to reach comms with the BCM but nothing else. As of last Friday they were going to turn it over to an electrical specialist to start tracing down wires.

Any ideas or leads are greatly appreciated so thank you in advance.

I would suggest you have a bad wiring harness that needs repair/replacement since you've got no communication throughout the truck.

One bad module (for example the ABS module, HVAC module, etc....) can disrupt the CAN BUS signals like this and give no communication messages. Do some research on testing network communications through modules. There is a YouTube channel called South Main Auto and another called Pine Hollow Diagnostics that have videos talking about this.
Also as mentioned above there could just be a bad wire someplace. I'm not familiar with the 6.7 wiring but would be highly suspicious you accidentally hit a wire or connector when doing the fuel filters.
When the truck is running fine, I do some work on it, and then right after I do work on it something happens....the first thing I do is start backtracking my work. It's just an awfully big coincidence that these issues pop up right after doing other work. Start with looking at wiring and modules near the fuel filters.
