any replacement pads?

Gentlemen, I'm trying to find some replacement step pads for my 2011 crew cab. I've been told my step bars are OE and I've been told they are not OE. I haven't found any markings on the bars or the pads so I'm thinking not OE. I'm not finding anything online except compete replacement bars or parts that are no where close in size etc. I'd rather not try to glue them since it's the wife's side but also not wanting to replace the step bars completely. Pads are 18 1/2 × 4 3/16.

If I were to try adhesive, what's worked for you?

They look OE, like my 2010.
You could try the local junkyards for a single replacement since new ones are sold in pairs.
Don't know how the pads attach but JB Weld can usually bond anything.
Or maybe drill & add screws thru the pad into the bar at each end?

Ok, back to square one I guess. I'm a jb weld fan so I've got some in the shop. I'll probably give that a try if nothing else turns up. Thanks for the reply.
