Well, not off hand. From what view is showing in this pic?

That looks like the connector for the Battery Temperature Sensor in the bottom of the battery tray since the pic is taken from the left (driver) side.

That style of connector was used on many different sensors so it could also be the brake reservoir fluid level sensor if the vehicle was equipped with it.

It is a 2004 ram 1500 5.7 hemi

I remember my 2005 RAM 5.7 liter HEMI had that and wasn't for sure or certain what it was for and just left alone ...

My 2005 5.7 liter HEMI ran fine.
