Anyone know what is sensor is

That looks like the connector for the Battery Temperature Sensor in the bottom of the battery tray since the pic is taken from the left (driver) side.

That style of connector was used on many different sensors so it could also be the brake reservoir fluid level sensor if the vehicle was equipped with it.

If your truck is driving and running great, leave it alone.

My 2005 5.7 liter HEMI ran fine.

Maybe ABS wheel speed sensor.
