I have a 2014 Limited with Air Ride, and after installing the Daystar leveling spacers on the front Air Springs, the air suspension will not lift.

To install the Daystar spacers, I had to remove both airlines, but was told a) only the air in the 'air spring' would be lost and b) the reservoir had plenty of air to compensate when reconnected

This morning I ran the AlfaOBD software and it failed to fill any of the 4 'air springs' from the reservoir. After which i monitored the system pressure and it appears my reservoir is at 0 bar.

So...has anyone charged their air ride reservoir with 'air'? nitrogen?

Has to be charged with nitrogen, and you’ll need a scan tool to perform the fill procedures and check air mass. I’m not sure if Alfa obd can do it.
