I hope the increase in sales doesn't hurt the discount for May/June but it probably will.

I’m seeing more ‘19s around here too. In Ram’s favor the new Chevy trucks are extremely unattractive. That plus big incentives makes purchasing a new Ram rather attractive all the way around.

Dealer offered me $30k for my 2016 2500 6.4 Tradesman CC 4x4 with 27k miles, $14k out the door for 2019 same set up, I’ll tell him $12 and deal, but unsure if I’ll notice any difference towing 7k?, maybe I’ll keep my truck and save some money?
Thoughts?

You are being very kind to Chevy, they are downright FUGLY.

I know, didn’t want to gloat too much. But truth be told how could designers look at this and think they created something people would want. Probably the old Aztec design team.

Exactly what I thought when I saw it "that looks like a new Chevy Aztec"

RAM is the best looking truck on the road by far. When I was looking around for new last year, I couldn't believe what Ford & Chevy were producing. I remember when Dodge they first started the raised "bump" hood. Took me a bit to get used to it (former Ford owner), but now... This is what a truck is supposed to look like.

That sounds much like what my then 16 year old daughter said to a Ford executive with whom I had business dealings with at time in 1995. As some of you my recall Ford made a drastic cab design change. The question was what did she think of the new design. Being out spoken as well as opinionated she blurted out that it looked like something a damn ***** would drive and not a serious truck like a Ram. (she was driving a 1990 F-150 at the time)

I don't know if Ram is the best looking truck or not. What I do know is in my opinion it is the best value for the money going, or at least when I bought mine in January. No one else could even come close to what I got with this truck for $37k. This thing is loaded, drives like a high end sedan, is reasonably economical compared to other trucks.

To me, that's why they are selling the hell out of them. For what I paid Ford would have sold me a 6 cylinder with half the options. Nissan and Chevy nice trucks but overpriced compared to the Ram. Toyota ancient land - old ass truck. Just too dated and sad compared to anything else out there.
