I just bought my truck last month (March) and was told that the Truck Month deals from February were getting extended into March because of slow sales. I just checked that dealer's website and it is showing the exact same incentives now for April (as long as they don't go on say Monday and change them).
Your dealer will likely have some additional incentives for you to take advantage of even not being military or owning your own business. I got close to 9K due to residence, current lease, and that I went with Chrysler Capital.
If you are going to finance ask your dealer which banks they work with. In my case my dealer frequently worked with both Chrysler & Chase depending on who would give the best interest rate. Chrysler originally was MUCH higher (I believe it was something like Chrysler 3.7, Chase 2.9)) than chase BUT Chrysler will negotiate. The salesman ended up beating them down to a lower rate than Chase AND I got $1,000 in an incentive for going with Chrysler. Win, win.
