I used Archoil in my 2014f RAM 1500 Sport. It had been recommended by a friend. I was blown away by how much it reduced engine noise and vibration. I became a believer. I now use it in all of our family cars and will be using it in my new 2021 RAM Rebel. I can attest that it's not a scam at all.
I have used the fuel and oil treatment in my 150k Ford 7.3 PSD which is renowned for its "stiction" issues which mandates an injector overhaul and HP fuel pump flush or replacement at about 100K. So far the stuff has controlled the stiction to the point that its barely noticeable. Both maintenance alternatives are very time consuming on an E series because of accessibility.
