Are Billstein 5100's the solution to this problem?

Hmm, I thought the Rough Country kits made the truck sit nearly level.

I got Bilsteins because mine wasn't sitting level after the lift. Regrets? Nope.

The shocks are mounted within the springs, but come apart. You don't need new springs.

So basically the Bilsteins will give more lift in the front on no matter what type of kit unless it has coilovers?

Basically, yes. Bilsteins will provide additional lift to any kit that utilizes the factory shocks.

I have Bilsteins right now front and rear without a lift kit. If I got a lift and wanted to keep Bilsteins, I'd have to find the correct rear shocks, but could keep the lift struts, right?

Yes, you could keep your front Bilsteins on. Most lift companies supply the rear shocks with the lift. So you wouldn't have to look for any rear ones unless you didn't like the ones that come with whatever lift you get.
