Are the gaskets and bolts that come with AFE shorty headers any good?

I'm waiting for my AFE headers to get here....but wondering if I should use the gaskets and hardware that come with them or buy something else? Are the gaskets that come with the headers made to compress when they're torqued....eliminating a re-torque in a couple hundred miles?

Thanks!

I just found a set on Amazon for $35....gonna order them now. I'm hoping they don't need to be re-torqued.

Hello Everyone,
So I want to do the afe shorty hearders and will probably use the remflex gaskets (seems to be the popular choice) What about the y pipe? is stock good enough or should I go ahead and change it as well? I have already installed a Vararam intake and Rough Country cat back exhaust. Thanks.
