Okay, I have another question. My wife and I are going to have the grand kids over the weekend and I want to be able to let them watch movies on my drop down television. Not for me to watch while driving but for their entertainment. Without buying or renting movies/cartoons, (they are 4 and 6), is there a way I could connect my phone/tablet to that screen? It has the audio connections in the back. Any ideas?

What kind of tablet?

I'm unaware of any phones that have video output, so that's likely not going to work.

What video input sources does your TV support?

They are the regular audio video connections. Red white and yellow. Like the one's you would use to connect a dvd player up to. And I have a samsung tab 8.

You need a video output for that. So you have red, white and yellow which is audio right channel, audio left channel and video.

If you have corresponding RCA inputs on the back of that TV, yer good to go!
