Audio Changes When Opening/Closing The Centre Console

Hey, so last week, all of a sudden, on its own, while I will be just caually driving, the audio keeps switching from Bluetooth, to AUX, to Radio. I noticed it really happens when I open the centre console all the way open, and would happen again when I close it. When it's closed, and I take a sharp turn, it would happen again. When it's closed, if I hit the top (not with much force) with my elbow, it happens again. Inside the top centre console, there are USB and AUX ports but they never get used. Not sure if that unit has failed and need to be replaced, or if it's something else. Anyone else experience anything like this ?

My 4th gen 2017 power wagon does the same thing. It's been doing it for a couple years. Mine just changes to Aux input. It used to go back to satellite radio when closing the lid. Now I need to set the system manually back to satellite. What little info I could come up with is that there is a wire that gets pinched in the wiring harness in the hinge aera. I just haven't looked into it yet.

I went through the same problem for months? popped the rear of console off and center top stuff apart, and unplugged the connections. Added dielectric grease to them and put all back together?
While pulling the connections apart, with the radio on, i got a kind of a radio reset? Now all center USB works??? Also replaced my 2yr battery with a new AGM Napa battery. Can't get enough battery POWER!!

similar problem....was a wire pinched under console hinge.
