Audio Controls Sales Code

I swapped my steering wheel with one with the audio controls. What is the sales code that needs to be added?

Does it also have the voice controls?

Sorry sales code is "RDZ". As far as I know it just activates the steering wheel audio controls. Don't know about the voice controls.

I did the same thing, got a steering wheel with audio controls except when i went to the dealership they said they couldn't add the code:RDZ to make it work. they said that they can only add codes that were available upgrades (i.e.: remote start, backup camera, nav ect.) Did you get your steering wheel audio controls to work?

No I never did, they told me that they were not able to install the sales code as well. I find it odd tho because I know others have done this successfully. I've since traded the truck unfortunately, so its up to the next guy (still keep forgetting to update my picture!)

Hey kevinhann, I know 2012 model is different procedure to adding options don't know about 2013. If you contact Jon Rodriguez at afterhoursmopar he can add the codes for steering wheel controls. He has special tools/programs even dealerships don't have. You have to send TIPM to him so he can reprogram & add codes. I've done a lot research on this subject cause I have 2012 express with limited options I've been slowly upgrading. Hope this helps
