Good evening, I have a 2018 Ram power wagon. I have a issue with the auto climate control. Since we have been having colder weather now. Any time I use the remote start or regular push start . I have no defrost and I can't use the vents either. Auto control takes over and I can't use any of the controls at all. It goes in some kind of over ride mode for auto climate control. I had it to the dealer did all kinds of testing. And they still don't know what is wrong with it. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. They sent the info to the Dodge Engineers and I still haven't heard back from them. I go back to work next, and I need my defrosters to work. I almost wrecked my truck twice fighting with the steamed up windows. But once the truck has set a couple of hours I can use my heating controls and auto with no problems. But once my truck has set all night and I get up to use the remote start or regular start . Auto climate takes over and I can't use any of the heating or ac controls. Everything blows out on the floor when it's locked up. Can anyone help me out with this. thank you
