Auto-dim on the high beams works fine in the beginning of use, but then misbehaves as the drive continues.

In dark country driving the auto high beams come on as expected and go down as cars (or even the odd light) show up. Behaves properly up-down-up-down for several cars. After ahwile it no longer auto-functions; a car will come by and it will auto-dim properly but then it stays stuck on regular beam and never automatically goes back up to high beam again.

I can manually put it in high beam, but then the auto-dim of course won't work because it is now in manual always-on high beam.

Anyone see this issue before/know the fix?

Mine is a 2025 Limited but I started having the same problem after taking it into the dealer where a reset was performed. I guess it will be going back to the dealer.

Same problem here on my 2025 1500 Limited. Guess I'll be taking it in again for this, speed limit icon defaulting to 55mph on unmarked roads, and a few other irritating minor issues. Ain't technology great?

I don't know if this is a cause, but I've noticed that I seem to have the auto dim issues when it's raining. It's not a critical issue, but it's still frustrating to pay as much as we do for these vehicles and not be able to correct problems that come up.
