I have a 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel with the 3.O I6. There are times I go out in the garage and I hear something electrical running, coming from the drivers side engine compartment. Nobody seemed to know what that was, and finally someone said it is an auxiliary water pump that runs from time to time. Has anyone else noticed this? II've had the truck shut off for a day or so, and go out there and that pump is running. I also hear some type of electric latch sound when i open the doors from time to time, or sometimes just go by the truck. Any ideas? I always get nervous when things run all the time, and how long it will last before something happens... Thanks!!!

Welcome to the Forum.

Cannot help you on yer inquiry, as the 25's are so new, and not many have any insight, but U may get lucky, as I have a 2019 with Hemi.

ADDED: My son has a 25 and he has not said ne thing about some pump running. I do know there is an "auxiliary" cooling system that using an electric pump to cool the turbo's, so if U hear that running after You just parked, that may be normal. But for something to just be running say after sitting all night, you may have a software issue and BCM may need to be flashed. Just a guessnosis on that. Sounds like a trip to the dealer, unfortunately.
