Back door locks/windows not working

I installed a completely new audio system in my truck from head unit, new component speakers, and an amp. Running the new speaker wire through the grommet in the front door was a pain, but the back door was near impossible. I eventually got it to feed through, 12 gauge wire. But now that I have it all done the back windows wont work. Initially both back door locks wouldn't work but now one does.

Has anyone had this happen and if so any idea on what it could be or a fix to it?

I would make sure the window switches are clipped in all the way on the door and recheck the clips between the door and the cab and make sure you didn't pull anything loose. I had trouble with the back grommets and the fronts were impossible for me. I went through a little rubber plug on the fronts.
