I bought my 2024 Ram 1500 Laramie - Black Widow edition in December of 2025, it has just over 30k miles, when I test drove it I told them the speakers on the right side aren't working. We put in the contract agreement for them to fix the issue since it is still under manufacturer warranty. Here we are 2 months later and they still haven't been able to figure out the issue, they put 3 different amps in, 2 different radios, refurbished and then new, and still not working. They have all the door covers off, driver seat is taken out completely, now they are waiting for a wiring harness to come in this week. There have been guys from Stellantis come in and look at it and they can't find the issue either. It's been a long wait going back and forth with STAR, but I just don't get why have they not tried replacing all the speakers and re-wiring everything. Maybe the wiring harness will work. Thankfully they have put me in multiple loaners, 2026 RAM trucks and they said they will give me a check each month for the monthly payments until the issue is resolved. Anybody else seen this issue before? They said they think it's an issue with the amp not communicating properly to the radio or speakers, something like that. Hey, as long as they are paying for it and not me I can't complain. I just think it's crazy it's taking this long for some speakrs, and this is the fancy 19 speaker Harman Karmon system.

First off, that is great customer service. Keep that dealer (maybe give them a shout out too). The head units themselves have have a protection feature on them that cuts power to speakers if it detects an abnormality (like no load). Maybe that is what is happening? The only way I have solved this is to disconnect the radio fuse and reseat it. Do you have AlfaOBD?
