Back remote window

Wondering if anyone else has had an issue with their back window not wanting to close?

I have a 2014 Big Horn. It happened about two summers ago and has each of the last two. If I leave my back window open or partially open on a pretty warm day out in the sun, let’s say over 80, and then come back to the truck, start it up and try to close windows because the AC now has cool air coming out, that back window will not close. Or at least not close until it seems the truck cools, whether it’s after riding with the AC on for a while or parked inside or in the shade.

Doesn’t seem to happen on mild spring or fall days, just when it’s pretty warm or hot outside.

Now it will open farther if it was not opened all the way, but won’t close.

Check the cord that opens and closes the window. It should be firm and taunt and not be loose or able to move. I have a 2019 Warlock and the window did just about the same thing after one year. Went to the dealer, they replaced the whole window in a day by taking it to a glass company. No questions, no sign, no fuss no muss. (the cord was damaged preventing the window from operating correctly)
