Back up camera issues

I just bought a 2014 2500 and I noticed it has the back up camera on the tailgate but when I put it in reverse nothing happens everything stays the same like the camera doesn’t exist. I have the 3.5 unconnect screen and it doesn’t have the camera option when I press “more”. Anyone have this issue or could help?

I have a 2018 Laramie with the bigger touch screen radio and my camera works at times and times I get a blue screen saying camera unavailable and then when I set it to show Active Park View Backup Camera Guidlines, no lines show up like they used to.
That is the issue with mine.
