Back up camera issues!

Hello everybody, I just purchased a 2010 Laramie Ram 1500. I noticed water in the camera lense, has anybody had this happen, and if so any luck at fixing it instead of buying a new camera? All help is appreciated.

I have a 13 big horn
I had a problem with static and fuzzy looking screen, and sometimes water looking in or on lens.
I complained several times making sure it was noted each time on work order.
FINALLY they say they replaced the camera and so far so good.
