Hi All
Well i finally waited long enough and the factory order came in,,,driver side was peppered with what looked like rock chips from front to back,,,dealer tried to buff it out and never even told me about it,,,I had to see the little strings from buffing wheel and then all the small chips started to pop out,,,,,,completely lost ALL faith in the dealer, over 2 hours one way to them to save $3000.00,,,,they said i can go to another dealer, so i went to my local dealer and the auto body shop did an estimate $2,550.25 ,,,,, Now before i left the dealer ship where i bought it through, i had them fill out a paper stating the damages and gave me a photo copy,,,,,, no one wants to submit it to Chrysler ,,, looks as if whom ever parked it in the satillo parking lot gave her hell on the way there or the next truck in did it, I done a satellite visual of the plant and their paring lot for manufactured is rock and very, very large, after they leave the plant for the parking lot---i really doubt they re-inspect them as they load them on the rail cars,,,, but i doubt the train ride or car carrier did it....
Any numbers to call or people to contact in Chrysler world to get this taken care of,,,any input would be nice too
Other than that,,trucks great, love the aluminum 10 hole rims, with the tall leer #122 canopy it looks a little odd from in back but very nice, had to add a small rope hanging down due to the canopy's door being so high up,,,,and iam 6' tall
the cab lights are a bit to white looking during the day, smoke lenses will be added and a 20% drivers and front passengers window tint,, maybe 35% ,,,, have the Ram HD mud flaps to help protect it and I need a good bug screen to keep the coolers clear.
Well need some sleep, take care all.
