I have the BakFlip MX4 and the factory "gasket seal" which goes across the bed sill under the rear window is of such poor quality that it has already began rotting/oxidizing after 2.5 months. I began a plan last week and swapped it out today in under 20 minutes. Be sure to clean your surface with alcohol very well. It will allow your 3M gasket glue tape to really stick! I made sure I cut the gasket a few inches bigger to tuck it under the my RamBox cover plate. You just use your finger nail to pull the plastic up and slide 2" under it. It will hold your rubber gasket down very securely. This will additionally assist in keeping water out of the bed.

I purchased my gasket made of rubber from Amazon. Its a very high quality made for marine use. The factory gives you foam that degrages very quickly. (There us plenty in the box to run two strips of the rubber gasket as you can see in my picture.

I've never used the ProZ but I have had the MX4 on my last 4 Rams and love it. Fit is perfect, it looks great, sits almost flush with the bed, and the only water that gets in is from the stake hole pockets on the rear corners of the bed...very minimal water at that.

Can you use a bed rack with these covers? And by that I mean, if you fold them back can you put a clamp style bed rack on? Or would most pinch the hardware used for the tonneau covers?

I have a bakflip MX on a 6.4 bed had a problem with the cover 2 years down the road . Guess what the shipped me a brand new one in 3 days no problem. that is one reason I would buy from bakflip the MX . Also I think it is a very good looking cover that latches well to bed when you close it . Got mine on autoanything.com
