I am seeing a Battery Saver Mode pretty consistently after using remote start. Sometimes it's just a message, other times it has cut off things like radio, heated seats, 110V outlet and such. Goes away after restart. Most of the time dash shows 14V but Monday on the way back from a ski trip it was showing 13V. I checked both batteries voltage after disconnecting them and both read 12.2V. Batteries are Interstate, don't know the age, truck was purchased used and date stickers are not punched.

What should I be looking at to try and resolve this?

Not sure if new batteries will cure your issue, but at 12.2 volts, your batteries are virtually dead,a good battery should test at 12.6 or slightly higher.By the time they're down to 12.2,they are well out of the good battery test range.
