So my new RAM will arrive some time at the end of this month / first of June and I think I'm going to pull the trigger on a BDS Suspension 6" Coil Over lift kit with Fox Reservoir shocks and 5" rear... along with that going with some RBP 94R's in all black (20x10 @ -25mm offset) and some 35x12.5x20 Toyo AT2 Extreme's...

Dealer tried talking me into the Mopar 4" but I've had my heart set on the BDS coil over kit so **** it, right? It's only money...

I'll have to order some Bushwacker Pocket Flares for those wheels and tires sticking out... Should look pretty decent when I'm done... hopefully that suspension set up rides nice...

Nice! Which trim?

Oh, and stick with BDS, the Mopar kits are simply overpriced Superlift kits.

Hell Yea man do it!!! Go with 37's

I absolutely don't want 37's... most of my driving is highway to begin with which is why I'm sticking with an AT tire and 35's... that and I don't want to lose too much performance... this should be a nice compromise...

All the new Rams I've bought over the years and I've wanted a lifted one since before I was even driving... I decided this time to say **** it, and just get exactly what I wanted and lift that bad boy up with what I think to be one of the best lifts out there... and you know, I may get an extra large grocery order some day or might need to drive over a curb... maybe even drive through a mud puddle... lol

Hahaha Call me a woman but every time I climb under mine and look at how clean it is I refuse to get it dirty. Its gorgeous! Now give it a few thousand miles and then I may consider it but that wont be anytime soon.

I am the same way This is the truck I have always wanted to build and when I was looking at a new one I said **** it I am going to do it this time. Money worked out and allowed me too so now I have exactly what I have always wanted without skimping on any parts.

I love it.

Yea I understand not going with 37's, I have 35's and I do a lot of start and stop driving to and from work and it puts a strain on the fuel gauge

Selcher,
I have the exact same setup on my new 2015 (Bushwhackers and the same shocks). It was just installed about two weeks ago and so far VERY VERY happy. I didn't want 37's either due to a lot of highway driving etc so I have the 35'' TOYO Open Country AT2. I'm in the middle of compiling all my build photos and will probably post a lot more after this weekend that includes shots of the lift and tires, and the awesome fox shocks but for now here is what your truck will look like. My fronts are a little high in order to allow for settling but will be adjusted after I break the lift in. So you have an idea of size, the roof of the truck is at 7'3''. I'm 6'5 and need a stool to wash the hood and roof. I love it!
Great choice!!

Placed my order today... BDS 6" Coil Over Kit with Fox Reservoir Shocks, 5" rear coil, RBP 94R's in 20x10 with -25mm offset, Toyo AT2 Extreme's 35x12.5x20 and some Bushwacker Pocket Flares that I'll get painted to match...

Can't wait to get this beast done!

Had 35s, now 37s. Power isn't much different. And you just admitted you're a pavement princess so why do you need more power?

I have no interest in 37's or mud terrains... and are you really asking someone why they need more power? On a Ram enthusiast message board?

Yes. Why do you need more power to lift your truck and drive it around the mall?

I guess I should have bought a Prius instead...

Or maybe I'd like my lifted truck to have more get up and go than a stock one? The malls can be pretty aggressive, so I'm told...

I'm lost by people nowadays I guess. Here we lift trucks for ground clearance, not driving up and down the street.

A lift and 35s isn't gonna have more get up than a stock one, that's for sure.

Which is why I'm adding other mods too... but I'm guessing you'd see those as unnecessary... who needs more power?
