Sorry for the delayed response... I've been working 22 days on, 6 off the last while here so not much time near the truck while I'm on the other side of the country...

Steps are awesome... glad I went with them... Makes getting in and out very easy and if you need them to stay down, you just put a foot on them when you close the door... Comes in handy for washing the top of the truck off...

The lift is incredible... I can't say enough good things about it... ride quality is better than stock and it handles bumps and rough terrain like a breeze... I have absolutely no regrets and would go the exact same route if I had to do it over again...

Thanks for the update
Glad your happy with the mods and after your response I'm probably definately going with the 6 inch BDS lift . I need to start saving it's a lot more then I expected . I'm getting some Iron Cross HD steps installed today so I'll be able to climb in my truck after the lift . Another lift I'm considering if I don't have the Will power to wait and save longer is the Fabtech 6 inch . Is that a good lift also ? It's about half the the price and just curious if your familiar with it and your thoughts. I can get that one installed for around 2600 were it looks like the BDS will run me about 4000 not including labor. I've been putting in some hours also to save for a lift about 10 to 12 hours a day but only 5 days a week so you got me beat lol .
Again Glad your liking your lift and steps man your truck looks Awesome!

I know that I would save for the one I wanted... I can't offer much input on Fabtech... I don't see many people on the message forums running their gear... that could be for a variety of reasons... it seems Zone and BDS have the popularity contest locked up...

Keep working those over time hours! I'm doing 12 and 13 hours each day... by day 22, I'm pretty much institutionalized... living in a remote work camp isn't the life of luxury, I can tell you that! lol

Thanks and good advice hopefully I can gather the paientce to wait for the BDS . I'm pretty brain dead by the end of week myself after pounding the hours . But come to think of it I feel that way during the week sometimes to lol.
But yeah putting the hours in when you have a goal for new mods and toys helps tremendously lol . Was suppose to have my iron cross HD steps installed and I ended up with just the brackets installed today since the dealer ordered the ones for a Crew cab not a quad cab even after I called Thursday to confirm they had the correct ones in for a quad . Kind of bummed me out but more mad then bummed . They claim they were sent the wrong ones I'm guessing not .

How are you liking your lift now that you've had it a while ? Any negatives or extra suspensions parts needed or wanted ?
Just priced one today for my truck

Love the lift! There's nothing I would change about the route I went... There isn't any negatives to it at all... and nothing extra needed! It's shocking how great the truck drives after raising it up... The lift / shock combo with the tires I went with, the truck drives as good as stock on the highway and better over any kind of bumps or rough terrain... It's an incredible set up! That's for sure... Love it!

That's awesome and great to hear !
I just started saving for mine and if all goes as planned should have it by summer . I'm really enjoying my truck stock so that'll just sweeten the pie .
Did you change your UCA's and if so what ya running ?
I know you have a busy schedule but put some pictures up with your new steps when you can . Thanks man !
