I just ordered the Amp from E-Bay for $244 shipped, the "other" one (#75320-01a) made for duals. Tired of waiting on a response from Bestop, not the best way to run a business. If you're gonna post an e-mail address, don't forget to respond to it...

Wow, ordered this Thurs 07 and rec'd it next day! Checked last night before bed and tracking showed the label was printed. Checked this am and saw it was out for delivery. Came in at noon and was installed by 12:30. Nice addition for an old guy, I kept thinking about falling off the bumper trying to climb in...

I have the amp one and I love it. I found one used for super cheap on CL from an F150. I called AMP and they said its just a different bracket ($40) I ordered the bracket from amp and bought the step off the f150 and for it for 1/2 price

Found this while searching for one, looks pretty good. Anyone bought one yet? I know I'm getting old when I'm shopping for this instead of performance parts...

Your not getting old but when you smack your chin a few times this will get old, also go to Amazon and search hitch step you will get multiple choices even saw one that is cushioned

I really wish I ordered the ram one now.. i thought they were just selling the amp one with their logo on it but it does appear to be better designed for our truck

Amp one keeps hitting my exhaust tip and looks like I can never go to 5in tips20180611_154009.jpg 20180611_154015.jpg

FWIW, I had to loosen the resonator ball clamp on that side and move the tip a bit. Still looks OK from the rear, but no, the 5" tips are definitely out with the step...

Ya it says that, just haven't had a chance to do it yet and doesn't look like I have all that much room to move it lol think you may be able to do 5in tips on the ram one

I have the AMP and it's been a good add-0n. The Bestop wasn't around when I bought the AMP. Amazon has the Bestop available @ 166.00 and free shipping

My only hangup with these folding steps is the tacked-on look of 'em once they're installed! I fully get the functionality, but I have to agree with GM's approach; a built-in step is much cleaner. Oh, well, I guess you can't have it all! Of course, now that I think about it, I'm fortunate enough to own a Rebel, so I can just drop the air suspension!

With a lifted truck tho these are perfect and way better than the Chevy bumpers. Comes down to same height as my sidesteps

Yep that’s why I haven’t committed to buying one yet. Would love one just to make getting in the bed easier but just can’t stomach the look.
