Bed light wiring

does anyone know if the wiring for the optional rear bed lights already exists on a 2020 1500?

I plan on connecting to my towing harness for power, and use the on off switch to power on.
Need to find a good ground !

I believe it's there, you just then have to activate it with alfaobd I think.

If it is it will be where the lighting goes, or taped up under the bed.
