Bed liner on new black edition

I just purchased a new 2019 black edition and the big question is doesn’t come with the bed utility group but would like to know if the bed is bare still or had a liner in it?

It’s strange because I’m picking my truck up today and the dealer wasn’t sure if there was a bed liner in there. I’m looking at the one mopar drop in listed at 350.00

Weird, id of thought itd be pretty easy...Is the inside of the bed painted metal? If yes then no bedliner

I decided to order the kit from amazon upol raptor by happy that I have to sand the bed down but seems to be the best option.
