Bed rubber strip rusted

the rubber strip between the bed and the cab is rusted at the top. The truck turns two years old next week. Is this a warranty thing? Or does everyone have this issue. Truck is well taken care of so I do not get why this rusted so quick

My 2014 sport had the same exact thing happen. I attributed it to living in humid/salty Hawaii at the time.

Mine is rusted as well. Turning two next year. I'll ask next time I'm in for service.

Mine was rusted the day I took delivery 18 months ago.

Little black paint and call it good.
