Bed tie down rail install kit

My friend traded his 2019 Laramie in and I took his factory tie down rails off to put on my 20 Laramie which did not come with them from the factory.
Having a problem getting the correct rivnuts. Parts guy at my dealer got in touch with someone higher up the food chain and was told part part number 6104885AA for the rivnut and 1 nut lists for $17.50 and bolt part number 6511798AA lists for $2.55 each. truck needs 16 total after taking 10% off nuts and bolts were over the cost of a set of rails from the dealer. Quoted about $260 just for 16 of each.
Question has anyone dine an install this way? Or if you bought new rails from parts dept did it come with rivnut install kit? Can the part number actually be for a set ( more than 1) rivnut? Doesn't seem logical that they are that much money.
I did reach out to all mopar parts they asked for my vin number which I sent and haven't heard anything back since I emailed the vin Feb 8.
Any help appreciated thanks in advance
edit: my mistake it looks like I was in Live Chat on All Mopar Parts and sent my VIN maybe never got to them

I'll probably have to follow this thread. I have a ram box with the rails but also have a tonneau installed so the rails were removed and they bolt the the tonneau brackets. Never saw if any of that other stuff is in place. I want a diamondback one pretty bad. I'm hoping they'll get a blemished one for substantially cheaper and then i'll pull the wallet out.
