Bed Tie Downs

I am looking at adding the retractable tie downs to the bed rails of my truck. Only problem is, only the back are cut out. Has anyone cut out the front area and are the markings correct?

my bull rings came with a RAM specific router mounted cutting wheel. Took minutes to install all 4 corners.

I think it's listed as not fitting the 2500, I assure you, it does.

I saw that router bit on a You Tube video for the Bull Rings. I bought mine at an Advance auto and they didn't come with the router bit so I just butchered it up with my Dremel.
