Bed Top Rail Cover Knockouts

Is there a good way to knock these out? Cut? Hammer? I want to install some tie down mounts in the 4 holes on top of the bed.

I used a razor blade and just followed the outline carefully, took a few minutes but no big deal, then I hit a flat head screwdriver in though the middle to pop them out

yeah, they're as easy as grabbing a sharp razor knife and taking your time.

Razor knife. If you have any jagged bits a quick hit with a flat file will take care of it.

I would like to see finished job, thinking about doing this to add tie-downs as well.

My truck came with bed rails so there were already open. I have since taken the bed rails off.

hot knife works great, a torch and a utility knife, heat till red hot and follow the outline.
