I have a 12' Ram R/T with the belltech 964SP, now does anyone know if there are any companies that manufacture stronger u joints for our pick ups?

Also, you guys that are boosted/built with slicks/drs having any issues with your u joints?

I have to ask why you're interested in a heavier duty u-joint? They've not been a problem on the 1500's

Om my Jeeps I typically ditch the stock strap u-joints in favor of a u-bolt u-joint configuration. I also use greasable u-joints. However, that is for serious off road.

If you really want to upgrade you u-joint I would suggest checking with a reputable drive-line shop for available options. Keep in mind upgrading a u-joint may lead to other part failures. The u-joint is designed to fail before other more expensive drive-line components fail

Good point on other failures and reason I ask is because I'll soon be boosted on DRs and would absolutely cry if I had a catastrophic failure with the driveline.. Thinking maybe a drive shaft safety loop in case something crazy happens...

For drag racing a safety loop is an excellent idea. Do have spare u-joints and the tools necessary for repair. If you have a 4x4 carry transfercase and diff fluids
