Sorry for my ignorance, but is a c-notch reccommended when dropping this low?

No there's no pre made c notch for these trucks and it doesent really need it for a 4" drop

Yes, suspension is still available. Had it on for 6 months, when I sold the truck it had 8K miles.

Cut 1 coil from the rear to even out the drop. That's with 4 oem wheel/tire in the bed.
My truck -when I had it - Selling the Wheels that you see to any local South Floridians...
