A knocking noise is coming from the front end of my hemi around the serpentine belt, it isnt a constant knocking, it just knocks every few seconds. I found this youtube video and Im aware the video is not of a hemi but this is the exact noise my truck is making. I probably have the same problem as this guy.

Wondering if anyone has had any past experience with anything like this.

Have you replaced the belt? Any of the pulleys? How many miles on the truck?

If you haven't, I would suggest starting there. Get a new serpentine belt, both idler pulleys, tensioner pulley and it might not hurt to replace the tensioner assembly as well.

Items 5 and 9 are the idler pulleys and are the same. # 6 is the tensioner and it's pulley. You can replace just the pulley or the unit as a whole.

Agree likely the tensioner pulley or one of the idler pulleys. Take the belt off and see how they spin. If it's making that much noise you should be able to tell which one is bad. If it's an idler pulley they aren't expensive so you could just replace them both.

Hope you replaced them all and the belt in that case. If the one went, it's probably likely that the others will have issues soon as well.
